TEACHING ASSISTANT– Clare Lodge - provides care and education for up to 16 young women in a secure setting.

We offer a high standard of education, therapy and care to young women who have a range of health / mental health issues and exhibit complex behaviours. The young women are provided with highly individualised programmes of work supported by an integrated, "on-site", multi-disciplinary team.


Required ASAP

The successful candidate will be:
• Work as a member of a team, under the guidance of the Head Teacher, the SENCO and the Teachers
• Encourage and promote the inclusion of all young women in school
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluation and adjusting work as appropriate
• Contribute to behaviour management within the school
